How long does it take to process or prepare my order?
All orders are processed within 4-6 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Deliveries are only done during standard business hours. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

How will I know that my order has been shipped and how do I track my order?
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active once we have sent out the tracking number and the courier company has collected your parcel.
Locally, we use third-party couriers, namely Fastway Couriers and The Courier Guy to deliver our goods within South Africa. When your order is ready for dispatch to the courier we will send you a tracking number. Parcels sent with Fastway Couriers can use the tracking number that begins with CA or NA. The Courier Guy tracking number begins with OLW.
Please note: We are unable to give you a time when the couriers will deliver to you. If you would like to arrange a time for delivery, please contact your regional Fastway Couriers or The Courier Guy offices directly.
How long does it take to get my delivery in South Africa?
Delivery to Cape Town and Surrounds can takes between 2-4 business days after being processed. Delivery to the rest of South Africa may take between 4-6 business days.
I live in another country, are you able to ship to me?
Yes- we have partnered with DHL Worldwide Express and have an integrated system on our online store to calculate shipping costs to your delivery address or destination.
We currently can ship to all countries except Belarus, Russia and Ukraine as per carrier instructions.
Do I need to pay custom duties, fees or taxes when receiving my product?
The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the destination country. Customs delays can affect original delivery estimates.
International shipment recipients may be charged import taxes, fees, and customs charges (collectively referred to as "Import Fees") by the customs office of your shipping destination. The import fees vary depending on your country’s customs policies. Customs policies vary widely, and some countries don't charge Import Fees for shipments that fall below a minimum value. Contact the customs office of the destination country for more information.
Factors that play a role in Import fee calculations (among others) are:
- Product category and price
- Shipping costs and package weight
- Customs clearance channel
- Import taxes based on custom duty amounts
Note: Some countries or regions require the importer of record to provide a form of identification before releasing a shipment, such as a passport, Tax ID or personal identity.
Other countries may have a de minimis value amount for tax and duty.
Please check the laws and regulations of the destination country for the custom duties, fees and taxes before placing an order.

How much does it cost for shipping to my country?
DHL worldwide express has a flat fee rate of up to 2kg to your specified destination-so it turns out that the more you buy, the better value.
What happens if the order received is damaged in transit?
If you received your order damaged, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org immediately. Please provide a picture of the damaged goods. We will take every reasonable action to send a replacement product (South Africa only) or offer a discount or gift card to the same value of the order (excluding shipping costs).
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Nirvana Natural Bliss is committed to ensuring the greatest quality products and service. In order to be eligible for a return, item (s) must be unused with the original packaging, and in the same condition that they were received. If 7 days have gone since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Gift cards are non-returnable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received in resalable condition, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and he/she will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over R 750.00, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
How do we handle your information?
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

When can you disclose my information?
We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.
How is my data stored?
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
How does payment processing work?
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
