To add items to your Shopping Cart, simply click on "Add to Cart" for the item/s you wish to buy.

To remove an item or add additional  items, go to your "Your Cart" and select “Edit". Here you can also remove or change the quantity of items.

Once you have completed your shopping go to "Check Out".

Enter your Contact Information or if you are a returning customer simply and have finish adding items to your shopping cart you be prompted to sign in by providing your e-mail address (login) and password. If you can't remember your password, you can reset your password.

Enter your Shipping Address that is your physical address where you will be available during office hours (8am to 5pm) Monday to Friday. Please ensure that your postal code is correct to ensure unnecessary delays in receiving your beautiful package.

Standard Shipping to major cities cost R65. Deliveries to Cape Town and Suurounds * cost R35.

If you have a promotional code/discount, you can enter the code at this time.

The PayFast gateway, is used and trusted by Takealot.com (South Africa's largest online store) and Payfast also handles secure online payments on behalf of Nirvana Natural Bliss.

You will receive an Order Confirmation Email

Immediately after you have successfully placed your order with nirvananaturalbliss.com, you will receive an email that contains information regarding the details of your order. The order confirmation email is your receipt and includes your order number (the same number that appeared on our website after successful submission of an order), the details of the products and corresponding prices, any credits  or promotional discounts, delivery charges (if applicable), your ship-to and bill-to information and the method of shipping.

Promotion codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offers/sale or promotions offered by us or our collaborating partners.

This means that only ONE discount code can be used per transaction. 

Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with sale items.

All transactions are secure and encrypted and are administered by PayFast Payment Gate. 

We accept 5 different payment methods listed below.

You will be prompted to make payment by the following methods:

• Credit Card and Cheque Cards - all major credit cards eg. VISA and MASTERCARD
  
• Bank Transfer- select the Insant EFT option
• Direct Deposit - an invoice will be issued and the order can be placed by contacting orders@nirvananaturalbliss.com
• Nirvana Natural Bliss Reward Points - you can pay with points earned from previous purchases and referring friends.

To COMPLETE your purchase you will enter into a secure PAYFAST portal where you will be required  to enter your email address and phone number so that PAYFAST may send you proof and notification of payment.

Yes- you most certainly can!

You can request our banking details and do a direct bank deposit.

Our dispatch days are Mondays to Wednesdays and the last day of dispatch is Thursday (Cape Town only). 

We DO NOT dispatch orders on a Thursdays and Fridays nationally. If you need your order in the same week it is best to order on Mondays -Wednesdays.

We dispatch all orders, unless otherwise stated within 4- 5 working days of receiving payment confirmation. 

On occasion, we require 6-7 days  to prepare your order as we do small batch orders. In this instance, we will inform you.

If you pay via credit card we receive payment confirmation automatically.

If you pay via bank transfer or cash deposit you can send us proof of payment to speed up your delivery.

If you have chosen a Courier Delivery:

Courier delivery in Cape Town can take between 1-3 days.

Courier delivery takes between 3 to 5 working days depending on the order's destination. Courier deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. 

Delivery to major cities take around 3-4 working days and outlying areas up to 7 working days.

There are no deliveries on weekends or public holidays. 

If you have chosen a Pargo Delivery:

Delivery to major city collection points takes 3- 4 working days and 5-6 working days to outlying areas.

If you spend less than R600 - you may choose this delivery option to your door if you live or work in these  areas:

Waterfront, Sea Pont, Gardens, Cape Town CBD, Newlands, Wynberg, Athlone, Claremont, Rondebosch,  Pinelands, Maitland, Milnerton, Kuilsriver, Brackenfell, Durbanville, Stellenbosch West, Stellenbosch North and Stellenbosch South.

Applies to Postal Codes: 8001, 8005, 7700, 7800, 7764, 7708, 7405, 7441, 7580, 7560, 7530, 7550,7600

It is best to choose a Pargo and specify the collection Point of your choice.Alternatively, if you want a courier to your door please contact our customer service so that we can get a quote for you.

Yes- we can certainly do. Simply contact orders@nirvananaturalbliss.com and send your postal code and we can advice on the most appropriate shipping for your area.

This can either be via Courier delivery to your door or Pargo delivery to a collection point closest to you. 

We will send your package directly to your door if your delivery address is within a major city (Cape Town, Johannesburg, Durban) or alternatively your nearest Pargo collection point if you live in an outlying area.

The time it takes to deliver will depend on your country and the Zone/Area within your country. Please request an estimated time by sending an email to orders@nirvananaturalbliss.co.za or info@nirvananaturalbliss.com.

Yes- you can only do so  only if your parcel has not been dispatched already or within 24 hours of purchase. If you change your mind and would like a refund we have to cover the cost of the administration fees billed for by our payment processor  provider and will need to deduct  that amount. In this instance you will not get a full refund.

It will also take between 7-10 working days for your money to be refunded and reflect in your bank account. This is handled by Payfast (the payment operator) and so we will not be able to give you specific details on the transaction itself and they may be contacted with the transaction number. 

A refund is final and non-reversible.

All Competitions are open to South African residents only unless, otherwise stated. 

Types of Competitions:

1.When entering a "Caption This" Giveaway, you have given us the right to use your caption unconditionally.

2. If we ask for your email address by entering you are giving us permission to subscribe to our newsletter where we send you the best skincare advice, tips and promotions. 

Most of our packaging is in glass- and if for some reason our couriers have mishandled the package and the glass is broken we unfortunately are unable to replace the product.

The judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Depending on your event and if your audience complements ours, we offer giveaways of 1 to a maximum of 10 products. 

Examples of this may include raffles for  legitimate charitable events, seminars, workshops, networking events, particularly, if participants are willing to provide email addresses to opt-in to our newsletter.

These are considered solely at the discretion of the team at Nirvana Natural Bliss and not further correspondence will be entered into, if your submission is rejected.

These T's and C's apply to all Nirvana Natural Bliss giveaways including those of our collaborating partners.

1. All competitions and giveaways are open only to South African residents over the age of 18 years old unless otherwise stated.

2. The judges decision if final and no correspondence will be entered into.

3. In rare instances competitions can be cancelled or postponed without any notice due to inadequate engagement and/or participation or any other reason that we reasonably deem.

4. Previous winners will not be eligible to win again until 3 months has elapsed.

We use Fastway Couriers and Pargo Collections Collection Points.  Once we have dispatched the order we will send you a tracking/waybill number. You can track your parcel on fastway.co.za or pargo.co.za online.

We are unable to account for the package whereabouts and delivery times once it has left our premises. Please call the relevant depots to track your parcel.

Yes- if your order has not been dispatched you will be will eligible for a refund. 

Our policy is to deduct 10%  from the original price to cover bank charges and handling fees.

Please note the following:

Credit and Cheque card refunds can take up to 7 to 10 business days and Instant EFT refunds between 2 and 3 business days to reflect to reflect on your bank account due to risk checks performed by the banks.
